it's an exciting time to be alive. I'm so excited and hopeful because I know God is working to heal the wounds in my family. My family was never a 4 person family to me--it was always 3. Some people know of the lifeless relationship I had with my dad, but I am singing today because I can see God restoring my family and my heart. I know that we can't rewind and redo my teenage years together, but we can sure make the rest of our lives full of love and joy. My family isn't perfect and it will never be, but what is perfect is the unfailing love of Christ that holds us together. Us four together :-)
